\u5e74\u745e\u5178\u79c1\u52df\u80a1\u6743\u6295\u8d44\u673a\u6784\u6bb7\u62d3\u96c6\u56e2 (EQT Partners) \u4ee5 25.35 \u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143\u6536\u8d2d\u4e86 SUSE\uff0c\u5e76\u4e8e 2021 \u5c06\u4e0e\u4e00\u5bb6\u975e\u4e0a\u5e02\u5362\u68ee\u5821\u5b9e\u4f53\u5408\u5e76\u3002Marcel \u76ee\u524d\u6301\u6709 SUSE 79% \u7684\u80a1\u4efd\uff0c\u90a3\u4e9b\u4e0d\u60f3\u51fa\u552e\u516c\u53f8\u80a1\u4efd\u7684 SUSE \u73b0\u6709\u80a1\u4e1c\u53ef\u4ee5\u7ee7\u7eed\u6295\u8d44\u4e8e\u4f5c\u4e3a\u79c1\u8425\u5b9e\u4f53\u7684 SUSE\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u5c06 SUSE \u79c1\u6709\u5316\u7684\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0cEQT Private Equity \/ Marcel \u63d0\u51fa\u4e86\u6bcf\u80a1\u7ea6 16 \u6b27\u5143\u7684\u4ef7\u683c\uff0c\u6bd4\u4eca\u5929\u7684\u80a1\u4ef7\u9ad8\u51fa\u7ea6 67%\u3002<\/p>\n<p>SUSE \u7684\u7ba1\u7406\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u548c\u76d1\u4e8b\u4f1a\u652f\u6301\u516c\u53f8\u9000\u5e02\uff0c\u5176\u8868\u793a\u8fd9\u5c06\u4f7f SUSE
